October 8, 2015 – In September 2014, Doug Jewell was elected to the position of President-Elect of the North Carolina Lake Management Society (NCLMS) and he has served in that position for a year. On October 8th of this year, Doug began his term as Society President with an installation ceremony at the NCLMS Fall Workshop held this year at Lake Waccamaw State Park. In an effort to get more of our state’s lake professionals and interested citizens involved in our mission, I look forward to working with our volunteer members and Board of Directors to expand our membership and exposure across the state.”
